it was dirty, sheets stained, floor stained, furniture in room filthy. It should be a zero star

that they had free ice and cable pay channels

the noise level outside by our window was to loud

I did not like anything about the hotel. It was a bad area, homeless in the parking lot. No one was at the front office due to rat problems i was told by a worker

Only took cash. Did not take my credit card. I find this extremely shady and unprofessional given that I have already paid online. There was no TV, when it was clearly advertised. My room was supposed to be a NON smoking room. It smelled like smoke.

Could walk to Starbucks or In and Out Burger. Close to the Freeway and to NOS Event Center. Great if you are a raver who is looking for a spot you can basically walk to vs waiting 25 min for a lyft to get a 6 min drive

Nasty bathroom and ceiling falling in shower no fitted sheet on bed..

The place was filthy and infested with flys and magots. This place needs to be shutdown immediately.

This room looks nothing like the AD , as soon as we walked in there was a strong whiff of cigarettes . There was burnt holes in the couch and graffiti on the tables . Absolutely disgusting

In n out was just down the street and there was a gas station for late night snacks and parking was good

My room was way to over priced room was a mess walls were un painted no working out let's bed sheets were dark n dirty room was dusty and had one working light n no working outlets its also has BEDBUGS worst hotle I've been in

Room were not clean walls were broken/ cracked. This place looks like it's use for prostitution. People knocking on doors at 2am. And lots of activity going on all night. Really bad area. I was really disappointed. I will not recommend to anyone at all. I could honestly tell you this is the worst place I've ever been. I reserve 5 room because we were going to a concert as a family and we all regret staying there.

only two small towels. roaches every where. the room smells like roaches poop. they where smoking outside my room door. I took my wife on my business day and they where really bad people in the hotel. how embarrassing. you should check those properties before posting it on the booking app.

Not a thing about the lodge was likable. There was no breakfast. There was no available to the office or the lobby. The manager was not there to check us in, instead there was a note that referred us to one of the guest rooms where a male in dirty clothing checked us in. The shower from the room above our room leaked into our shower, there was black mole on the ceiling in the shower, therefore we were unable to shower during our stay at the lodge.
